Had booked and pre paid $120 for a trip from LAX to Anaheim for 11pm pick up. They did not show and when I called them they said they would find out and call me back.
I called back in 15 minutes and their was no answer. The next day I called and emailed requesting a refund and the refused was refused as I was classified as a "NO SHOW" . Even though I called them from their sign and spoke to the call center. The girl was very rude and said it was my fault.
It then cost me $150 to get other transport. This was not a great first impression for a young family arriving from Australia DO NOT USE
